Origins

This is a direct copy of the names of all publishers from Category:Science fiction publishers. I will be reorganizing and/or expanding it shortly, to include more info on each publisher. One purpose of creating this is to allow the Template:Science fiction to have a link to an article showing all the sf publishers, instead of the category.
