Evidence of notability is required for every entry in a list article. Many entries have been deleted due to violations. To prevent promotion, we usually require enough proven notability so that a biographical article here could survive an AfD, IOW we place the burden of proof of notability on the one wishing to add the entry. Let them create an article first. Then it must survive any AfDs. Until then, their entry will be deleted. It is not the duty of other editors at this list to double-check references. That will be done when a biographical article is created. |

Lots of entries that lack notability edit
This list violates so many policies. Lots of entries have no evidence of notability, and that is required for every entry in a list article. To prevent promotion, we usually require enough proven notability so that an article here could survive an AfD, IOW we place the burden of proof of notability on the one wishing to add the entry.
