Shirt sponsor inclusion?

I removed the list of sponsors from this list it as it was not sourced and it is not included in other Featured lists or featured articles. I really don't think it is a worthwhile addition as it is trivia that has no bearing on the history or development of Aston Villa. How has the sponsor impacted on the club, how has it changed its history? Is it a worthwhile statistic to compare to the top goalscorer, cup-winning managers and the club's exploits in Europe? I think that although non of the sponsors have changed the history of the club, they are in the clubs history, therefore deserved to be mentioned Mrengland (talk) 07:36, 30 September 2008 (UTC)

Is Uruguay in Europe??

Fair point, I've tweaked the title to "Villa in UEFA competitions" to reflect it's inclusion. I think it is worth including given it is an officially sanctioned and notable competition. Woody (talk) 18:01, 10 June 2011 (UTC)
