Liam McHugh got asked about the age on his Wikipedia page on the 32 Thoughts podcast from 23 December "The 3rd Annual Holiday Party" - just after timestamp 2:19. He clarifies that he was born in 1977 and is now 45 years old.
I don't know how to cite podcasts - if it is ok as a source... For who would like to do it:
