Why does the article say we don't know which platforms the game will be released for, if the information table is listing them?(72.144.198.7 02:49, 7 October 2007 (UTC))

Why are they removing Nazis?

It's actually nothing to do with Traveller's Tales, the developers, about removing Nazis. That's a Lego decision. The Lego Indy sets all have generic non-Nazi bad guys. MGCooke (talk) 18:02, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

If someone can find a proper source for this quote, it might make a nice addition to the article. I think this comes from someone at at Travelers' Tales explaining why there are no Nazis in this game.

Lego already replaced them with an anonymous genocidal, occultist, trench coat-wearing master-race.

Level problem

Actually, that level is from The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles. I saw it back when it was on television, my husband didn't. Was pretty funny, being able to call out the plot for the level to my husband before the level even loaded. It is not from the Young Indy Chronicles, it is the prolouge from Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade and appears as a bonus level in Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures. Can contributors please not be so sloppy when it comes to spelling? Wikipedia has an in-built spellchecker, so really, you have no excuse.

Aryan race mention in "development" section.

I removed the following sentance from the end of the first paragraph in the development section: "However there is still a reference to the Nazis, if you look in the cutscenes you will see they have blue eyes and blond hair just like the Aryan race, which was at the time considered to be superior to all others." The claim is not backed by any source. Looking up the aryan link that the author placed in the sentence even shows no reference to "blonde hair and blue eyes". And I'm of German ancestry, so that means I can say that the Nazis were in fact aliens and don't represent the view of any modern person. :P But seriously, Aryan discussion has no point in this articles as per WP:NOR- however, if there was a reliable source that talked about how the 'Nazi' tag and symbols were removed due to concerns, that might be worth mentioning (I doubt it, though- it would seem kinda obvious LEGO wouldn't want swastikas on their products.) Yes, that's exactly why there's no Nazi imagery in the game. It was not featured in any of the Lego Indy sets or figures, on which the game is based. MGCooke (talk) 00:02, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

Is that section really necessary? I mean, there are LOTS of differences, and I don't really think they should be listed. The films are films, this is a game. It's obvious there will be differences. --Luiz Alves 01:01, 16 June 2008 (UTC)

I agree as well. There are major differences, and I think that players of the game would understand that the LEGO version of events is not quite accurate to the films. Differences between the movies and the game

• The movie shows how Toht and Belloq found the Well of Souls, whereas it is a mystery in the game.
• In the "Pursuing the Ark" level, Sallah gets on the truck with Indy, whereas Indy drives alone in the film.
• At the end of the "Pankot Secrets" level, Mola Ram does not remove the victim's heart before lowering him into the lava. In the movie, he does. Also, in the film the victim is burned in the pit and dies, but in the game he is still alive when he comes back up, which shows that his clothes were burned off of him, except for the underwear.
• In the middle of the "Desert Ambush" level, Henry Jones Sr. and Marcus Brody do not get captured in the tank, whereas in the movie they do.
• At the end of "Opening the Ark", Toht's face does not melt; instead, both his and Dietrich's heads implode.
• In the game, it is shown how Marcus was captured by Walter Donovan and Elsa, but not in the movie.
• In the game, Sallah shows up by accident, whereas in the film he meets up with the Jones.
• In the game Donovon is alone when he chooses the grail, but in the film he is with Elsa.
• In the end of "The Lost Temple", Satipo does not die from the spike wall trap like he does in the film, instead he just sides with Belloq giving Indy a little grin.Also,in the game it is longer to get to the temple.
• In the game, the Grail Knight attacks Indy while Indy's looking for the grail, after Donovan's death. In the movie, the Knight attacks Indy before anyone looks for the Grail.
• In the film (The Last Crusade), Indy completes the challenges alone, but in the game he is with Sallah
• In the beginning of The Last Crusade, young Indy is alone for most of the opening three scenes, whereas in the game he has his friend,Herman Mueller , with him the entire time
