Notability
editPinging @Bearcat, as the article has been recreated. The new sources don't appear to cover the individual in any added depth over the ones discussed at the last AfD. Thought you'd want to take a look. czar 13:38, 1 August 2017 (UTC)
- You're right, the sourcing here isn't much of an improvement. Some references are certainly different than the first time, but much of what's new is primary sources that cannot assist notability at all — for instance, regardless of whether a person works in traditional radio or podcasting, she doesn't automatically qualify for an article just because it can technically be referenced to the show's own self-published content about itself, or the affiliated profiles on the websites of radio stations or podcast networks that carry it. She needs to be the subject of media coverage in sources that are fully independent of her to earn a Wikipedia article — and even the relatively few sources here that actually do meet that standard speak more to the potential notability of the podcast than they do to her potential notability as a person, because what they're about is the podcast. So no, this still isn't good enough. Bearcat (talk) 16:56, 1 August 2017 (UTC)
- Working on this. If I can only get my search engine to start... Morganfitzp (talk) 17:11, 18 August 2017 (UTC)
