Reversion of non-NPOV and infobox edits

edit

I hate to remove so many edits at once, but I am going to get rid of these revisions. This is for several reasons - Disruption of the infobox, Non-NPOV additions ("The vision and leadership LeAlan M. Jones will provide is unique for the typical politician."), and removal of co-author and other information from "Our America".

If there are updated pieces of information that we do want to add to this article, let's discuss here and we can get them added in appropriately. KConWiki (talk) 04:11, 28 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Additionally, I am looking for reliable sources that indicate that Mr. Jones is running for the vacant House seat representing Illinois's 2nd congressional district, and (at least at first look) I find only one article that says he is "extremely interested". If we can find some well-sourced articles stating his intentions, I would be happy to help update this article accordingly. KConWiki (talk) 04:22, 28 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
OK - I found this link, already used in the article Illinois's 2nd congressional district special election, 2013. I am going to add in a section for the 2013 special election in the IL 2nd. KConWiki (talk) 04:32, 28 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
Update - I have added some sourced and NPOV statements about Jones's involvement in the IL 2nd special election, and the lawsuit that the IL Green Party filed about ballot access. I also posted a pdf of the lawsuit in External links. I think this should be good for the moment, although of course this is an evolving situation. So, it is reasonable to expect that we will have updated information, but please let's keep it sourced and NPOV. I'd be happy to discuss further with anyone who cares to.
