MSM Blood Donor Ban edit

Is there a source someone could provide which states there is no ban on gay and bisexual men from donating blood? Chase1493 (talk) 07:28, 19 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

Discrimination protections edit

Only a few regional and local governments issued ordinances, endowed with the force of law, to protect LGBT rights.[1]

The anti-discrimination law[2] prohibits discrimination based on race, gender, disability, language, or social status. The law does not specifically protect individuals from discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.[3]

As of February 2016, a new Penal Code has been drafted and is pending within the Justice and Human Rights Committee. It would establish explicit protection to LGBT people (discrimination, persecution and incitement to hatred). Sources in Spanish: [4][5][6] Fhebynes (talk) 06:31, 23 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
