Edits to Senate Bill 17 edit

I provided some to the "Senate Bill 17" section of the article. I thought this section provided very little information about the bill. While yes, its implications are that religious organizations in public schools can now discriminate against LGBTQ students, that is not the central idea of the law, especially on the surface. Its entire premise is religious freedom, which I think is important to understand, because it clearly shows KY legislators cherry picking one groups' rights over another. Who deserves less discrimination, Christians or LGBTQ students? is the question they both ask and answer with this law.
