I added an external link to one of Lúcia Murat's film that is a Wikipedia page in Portuguese. However, I am not sure if this was a good idea. There is a translate option to English. AzaAyla (talk) 01:52, 17 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Great start to an article! I would suggest, however breaking up your article into sections rather than just as an introductory paragraph. For example, her work as journalist and the creation of her feature film could be put under her career.

In addition, it could be beneficially to provide some information on her early life or education if there was research found within that area.

Although, you did do an excellent job at citations and connecting links. Dufferoo (talk) 18:47, 5 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

As Dufferoo notes this is an excellent start to the article. It describes Lucia Murat's political and personal influences for her films well. However, I too would suggest breaking up the article to include a career section where you can further describe her works, perhaps finding reviews and citing those. It is difficult for me to trace sources since I do not read Portuguese. Since I cannot trace the validity of the information or certify that more research should have been included, my comments on the article are limited. From a quick search through Carleton University's library database I did find multiple sources you could have included. These include the follwing:

I would suggest more time spent doing research. I added a couple of grammatical edits. Lastly, I would suggest specifying which theme you are referring to in your header. Other than these suggestions, I think you did a good job, and you do include sources in Portuguese, which is great. — Preceding unsigned comment added by JeanneOfArc (talkcontribs) 22:53, 10 March 2018 (UTC) JeanneOfArc (talk) 02:02, 11 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
