Changes Made edit

Just wanted to let the other contributors here know that I made several major changes and clarifications to the article. I also made several minor edits for mistakes I found in my own edits. If any info is incorrect, please discuss here and please help me in finding more info and references to the info we added. --LiK 19:50, 5 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

I made major changes to this article on 3 January 2007 as user 67.175.104.2. In the time it took me to write, re-write, and edit the article, my session ended, and I didn't log in again before saving the page. Comme le Lapin 20:10, 4 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Kubricks vs Lego Minifigures edit

I can't seem to locate information anywhere indicating whether Kubricks are compatible with Legos at all. Do they just look like Lego minifigures, or do they have holes in their feet for standing on Lego posts? --El benito 03:34, 16 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

They really have no connection (literally) to LEGOs besides their basic composition. Calicore 23:16, 17 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
Sad news, but thanks for letting me know

Be@rbricks, ect. edit

Could someone please add information about the spinoffs of Kubricks? Be@rbricks, B@wbrick, ect. And if that information is eventually added, some redirects would probably be in order, unless the spinoff series get their own articles ^_^; Calicore 19:52, 3 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

I am currently writing a Be@rbricks article, as a compliment to this article.Comme le Lapin 20:12, 4 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Injustice to the one and only Kubrick edit

Come now, searching for "kubrick" should lead to Stanley Kubrick, with this page as a viz option, if no ifone objects I'll switch them around. grendelsmother 08:55, 26 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

I have no problem with it. Good suggestion. --LiK 14:55, 10 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Edited slight bias edit

I changed the part about Minimates being an "imitator", as I believed it sounded negative, and replaced it with "other block figures" Ragingtsunami726 02:25, 14 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Kubrick logo.jpg edit

Image:Kubrick logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Kubrick Kubrick? edit

It is noted that the name Kubrick was chosen after Stanley Kubrick. The article goes on to say the likeness of many characters which have been involved in the Kubricks, such as Kill Bill, Nightmare Before Christmas, etc. etc. I think it would be interesting to note if there was a Kubrick Kubrick, that is, a Kubrick created in the likeness of Stanley Kubrick. Does anyone with more interest in the subject have any information on this? -Gohst (talk) 05:24, 10 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Well, neither Nightmare Before Christmas nor Kill Bill are Kubrick films. That aside, I have found nothing on a "Kubrick" Kubrick. Icarus of old (talk) 00:29, 13 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
