Conflict of Interest (COI) statement

The subject of this article (Krishnan Srinivasan) has asked me to update it, and deal with the outstanding flags that show at the top of the page. My aim is to improve the article in an even-handed and dispassionate way, and then request a non-COI editor reviews my edits before they are published. I have created a working copy of the page on my Sandbox. There is a talk page associated with the sandbox version, which I continue to monitor.
