from old drawings?
editI was there in the summer of 1993 when everything was brand new. Quite an experience. I remember though, that the garden was constructed using old drawings of "original" Japanese gardens from the time of Himeji Castle. Some of them were plans for a garden at Himeji that was never carried out during the castles heyday. I thought it might be worthwhile to look into this. RhinoMind (talk) 19:58, 18 June 2017 (UTC)
