In response to the above: the (otherwise very nice) image of the Kitchener Bun in this article is perhaps just taken from an unfortunate angle, that results in an ambiguous image where it is not clear that the bun is cut, and the cream is mostly inside. If I have the chance, I will try to get an unambiguous image of a Kitchener Bun.
A separate problem is the link to "Berlin to Kitchener name change" refers to a place, not the bun, and is therefore entirely the wrong article, along the same lines as a link to the golf car pointing to an article about a golf course.
