Untitled edit

I am, again, removing the following false biographical information:

In June of 2006 it was announced that Kevin Matthews was leaving WLAV for a return to WLUP Chicago doing middays after Brandmeier, himself gaining tremendous ratings for the station. Kevin signed a 3 year deal, details of which are undisclosed.

WLAV announces, "Rover in the morning!"- Citadel Press, June 1st 2006.

June 9th, 2006- Kevin announces plans for his own Kevpalooza featuring Ted Nugent, Trev Meaner, and Special Guest.

There is no mention of any of this: On the WLAV website, the WLUP website, Kevin's website, Citadel Broadcasting's website, or Emmis Communications' website (owners of WLUP Chicago). Additionaly, Kevin regularly talks on his morning show about a) the sorry state of Chicago radio, b) his plans to spend the rest of his career where he started, on WLAV in Grand Rapids, c) he and Deb's search for property in Grand Rapids, etc. I don't know who keeps adding this information, but he/she at least needs to cite actual sources. --mennsa

Slugfest edit

How about mentioning somewhere in there that his character, Jim Shorts, is one of the commentators for the MLB Slugfest series made by Midway —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.237.229.58 (talk) 13:02, 12 February 2007 (UTC).Reply

Bibliography edit

Hi, I've been trying to update and clean up this page. It seems strange to me that this article has a "bibliography" when just "references" should be more than enough, especially since the two items in the bibliography are just citations for newspaper articles written about Kevin Matthews and not by Kevin Matthews. Isn't a bibliography supposed to be for any written works of Kevin Matthews and not written works about Kevin Matthews? -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:19, 18 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
