Peter Watterson

edit

I continue to add to the Category:Anglican_bishop_converts_to_Roman_Catholicism. I've created a new article on Peter Watterson. Please feel free to add to it. Noel S McFerran (talk) 23:41, 6 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

what he can wear

edit

In photos of the reception of Robert Mercer into the RC Church, Msgr Newton is also wearing a dalmatic under his chasuble. My understanding was that this represents the f0ullness not of jurisdiction but of sacramental power. Does a non-episcopal ordinary wear the Dalmatic too?--Richardson mcphillips (talk) 01:39, 8 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Yes, just like he also carries a crosier. 1.127.104.220 (talk) 14:46, 29 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Why no longer ordinary?

edit

The article states his term ended but does not say why. Did he retire or resign, or was he dismissed? 1.127.104.220 (talk) 14:48, 29 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
