This is a very good article overall. Only issue I had is that I would have liked to see a reason why he left the undersecretary position; if he was active in meetings then a sudden resignation seemed kinda confusing. Granted, maybe Reynolds only allowed him to do this temporarily. I won't worry about that as a GA issue though, ergo the article passes. Wizardman 16:38, 12 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
