Article listed for Speedy Delete then twice moved to Draft space by new editor

edit

I noticed that this article had been listed for Speedy deletion by new editor User:Tuxr with the rationale "non-Notbale source, not need on Wikipedia". As these are not valid reasons for Speedy deletion, I removed the tag. The editor who had listed it then unilaterally moved the article to draft space, with the edit summary "Need more news article for verification". As this is not an appropriate way to seek improvements on an article that is not new, and has been worked on by several editors, I reverted the move. The editor then warned me and moved it back, and I reverted it again. Pinging editors User:AKS.9955, User:Sirlanz and User:Jaywardhan009 who have previously edited this article. The editor is evidently some sort of pest; registered for less than a week and claiming Master Editor status (a feature I have removed from their User page) sirlanz 15:42, 25 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
