Kathryn Brown (art historian) → Kathryn Brown – Although this new biographical entry has been tagged for notability and other issues, as long as it still exists, the matter of the subsequently added parenthetical qualifier should be addressed. Hi Roman Spinner - part of my reason for moving the article title was out of respect for your original redirect. While, with this unique spelling it is a standalone name if a reader were to mistakenly type in Kathryn Brown, looking for the journalist, or any other of the similar names. See [Kathryn Smith]], Sam Jones, Tom Smith, etc. But have no issue with the article going back to the original un-dabbed title with a hatnote. Onel5969TT me 21:50, 21 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
Thank you Onel5969 for your most reasonable motives regarding the addition of the qualifier and also for your explanation. I would neither object to such a qualifier nor to Kathryn Brown redirecting to the Catherine Brown disambiguation page, except for the breach in uniformity since the expectation would be that the same procedure should be followed as far as the other unique names are concerned, such as Katheryn Brown or the previously mentioned Katherine Brown and Katharine Brown. —Roman Spinner(talk • contribs) 03:26, 22 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
