Having previously edited this article, I received an email from James Jones's mother, saying:
On the 6th October 2016 I edited the personal information on the Wikipedia page for Crewe Alexandra footballer James Jones . I amended the date and place of birth. I have noticed that on the 9th October 2016 you have undone the edit . I am James' mum and I can confirm that he was definitely born on the 13th February 1996 in Ninewells Hospital , Dundee, Scotland . Unfortunately the information displayed on the Crewe Alexandra website is incorrect. James moved to Winsford when he was 4 years old. Please could you amend this for me.
In addition his squad number this season is now 8 and his height is 183cm.
I have notified Crewe Alexandra of the errors on their website (and received an email saying they will also advise the changes to the Press Association data company), and have made the amendments to the article. Paul W (talk) 09:28, 7 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
Crewe Alexandra have updated Jones's profile. Paul W (talk) 15:47, 10 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
