Isnilon Hapilon is dead.

edit

I am in contact with a femoid moudjahida combating Filipino administrative military in favour of the freedom of the Moro ethnicity, under Abu Sayyaf. She is in Marawi and has posted definitive proof she is not a pretender. http://imgur.com/a/LMiPh Here, she affirms that Abu Sayyaf has seceded from Da'esh (I. S. I. S.), and shot the co-ordinator of the transition to Da'esh suzerainty himself - i. e. Isnilon Hapilon - i the back with an explosive round. She says that it was done because he was a 'blood-thirsty Kharīji [extremist]'. She also says that his body 'will never be found'.

We need a source for that especially if it concerns a death of a person. Maybe you could contact the media so we can have a citation of his death if true.Hariboneagle927 (talk) 17:26, 16 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

It is confirmed that Hapilon is dead, according to a report by Rappler. SuntukanTayo (talk) 01:46, 16 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Isnilon Hapilon's birth

edit

Two reliable sources: the FBI wanted poster, and an investigative report published on Rappler have different information regarding Hapilon's birth. FBI claims he was born on March 18, 1966 Brgy. Bulana, Latawan, Basilan [sic], while a scan of his school transcript published on Rappler shows that he was born on March 10, 1968 in Maluso, Basilan. Unless one of these dates/places is established as the his actual birthdate/birthplace I suggest that both should be kept in the article. Jollibinay (talk) 00:58, 17 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
