SNS newspaper edit

@VS6507: In this article, you wrote that Informer is affiliated to the Serbian Progressive Party. As a source of this information you cited this page. But, that page does not even mention the Serbian Progressive Party. The page says that Informer is a "daily paper of Aleksandar Vučić". By the way, that source does not look reliable. Its mare name "Tabloid" does not look very reliable. It also seams that the text is an editorial, not a news article. Do you have any better source for the statement or should we remove it from the article? Vanjagenije (talk) 20:31, 30 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Ove novine su tipican primer medijske manipulacije i tu nista nije sporno. Za neke ociglednosti ti nije potrebna referenca. VS6507 (talk) 22:00, 30 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

@VS6507: Actually, every statement should be supported by reliable sources (see: WP:VERIFY). I am going to remove the statement from the article until somebody manages to find a reliable source supporting the claim. Vanjagenije (talk) 22:37, 30 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

For this statement, I cited Kurir's headline "FUNKCIONER SNS POTVRDIO ONO ŠTO JE SRBIJA SUMNJALA: Informer je naš stranački list!" meaning "SNS official confirmed Serbia's doubts: Informer is our party newspaper", referring to a statement (probably accidental) by a SNS official. From the sentence it's clear that Kurir's position is that Informer is biased towards SNS. 109.92.99.185 (talk) 18:28, 3 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

American ambassador to Serbia edit

Opinion of the US ambassador to Serbia is as relevant as Mr. Vucic's opinion about any newspapers. Why would an opinion of the representative of an occupying country - in this case the United States (in socio-economic, political and partly even military sense) be of any value? Taking into account, that aforementioned representative can be biased, he also does not have an expertise in the field of journalism, so that quote could belong to Wikiquotes not this article. If there are opinions and/or critics from organizations or people of expertise (for example NUNS, UNS -- The Independent Association of Journalists of Serbia, and The Association of Journalists of Serbia), that don't seem to be biased because of any reason, then we should include those into the article. But that quote doesn't belong here. So, I am going to remove it once more. Vs6507 01:41, 11 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
