I made the decision based on the way I saw it capitalized in the sources I used. I would be open to another capitalization scheme if you want to provide some sources that use that but am hesitant just to change it to comport with other titles on Wikipedia. Savidan 18:57, 7 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
