World class edit

Is the phrase “world class” (could be hyphenated) needed? Its presence, to me, actually suggests a default assumption that research from this university or country is not usually of high quality or interest. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Appellowiki (talkcontribs) 28 November 2013 (UTC)
