Development of article edit

Nice article, glad that User:FloNight developed it. Odd that the property is not separately listed on the NRHP, although it was covered by HABS, it was the cause for formation of the Blue Grass Trust for Historic Preservation, and it has its own National Park Service webpage. It will be nice to see a HABS pic or two added, also, and perhaps an explicit footnote to info in the HABS record of the site (in addition or instead of the external link to HABS) could be added too. Lots of sources available on this one, more so than for most regular NRHPs, it seems.

I think the article name could better be Hunt-Morgan House rather than The Hunt-Morgan House, and start off "The Hunt-Morgan House ...". I think names excluding the word "The" are usually more appropriate, and I note that "Hunt-Morgan House" is the name used in the Navbox for Museums of Kentucky included on the page. I would rename the article by moving it to that name but i don't want to step on any toes about it, it is not that important. doncram (talk) 13:41, 19 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Done. I was already thinking about doing it. I put it at the top of my To Do List for today since you agree. FloNight♥♥♥ 16:19, 19 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Slavery edit

How many slaves did Hunt own and how were they treated? What influence did he have on the murderous white supremicist, his grandson, John Hunt Morgan? Blumrosen (talk) 10:48, 20 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
