Proposed merge of Hum Europe into Hum Network

edit

From a WP:BEFORE search, I am not seeing any evidence that Hum Europe is independently notable of its parent network. It does not produce original content (thus not satisfying WP:BCAST), and there does not seem to be third-party coverage of it independently from the Hum Network as a whole.
