@Apcbg: Would you care to expand on "the person is notable"? There are no independent sources cited in the article, and I couldn't find significant coverage when I searched. A search for "Христо Смоленов" would yield quite a number of results demonstrating the interest of independent sources, Bulgarian media including TV programs, newspapers and news agencies (top ones like http://www.focus-news.net/ too) to seek Smolenov's comment and analysis.
