Proposal to merge with Howrah Junction railway station edit

This is essentially a stub article, by itself pretty meaningless. Most of the sections are empty, the only non-empty section repeat information in the opening paragraph. All the other information about the station can be gleaned from going to the Kolkata Metro Line 2 page. This article can easily be a section in the Howrah Junction railway station article.
