Should this text be moved to the Hiram Hall Memorial Library Page: The Pound Ridge Library Foundation announced the launching of a $2.9 million Capital Campaign that would serve to expanding and repairing the old library. The campaign is estimated to take up to five years and will use tax deductible contributions. Since it has more to do with the library than Hiram Halle the person.SothenVsays (talk) 03:22, 13 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi and thank you for the note...I think the entry is valid since it was placed under the Pound Ridge topic within his page as a sub-header, and not directly under his name. They are just small facts related to Hiram Halle. Thanks! Classprojsmr (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 22:44, 14 March 2009 (UTC).Reply

All...I just noticed that the Hiram Hall Memorial Library Page in Wikipedia has been deleted, so if you're referencing to that page, there is no longer any information associated with it! Classprojsmr (talk) 23:05, 14 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

I added a section for the Hiram Halle Memorial Library since I thought this was an important part of his life. Classprojsmr (talk) 21:48, 17 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Question...Should the Hiram Halle Memorial Library hyperlink (in the first sentence under Hiram Halle Memorial Library section) be removed since the page has been deleted in Wikipedia? Classprojsmr (talk) 22:40, 17 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I believe you're correct. I went ahead and deleted the link. There's no point in a link that points to a deleted page. Good catch! —Preceding unsigned comment added by NSstudent (talkcontribs) 13:14, 19 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

He ran his a personal WPA between 1936 and 1939, bringing European Jewish exiles to Pound Ridge to work on refurbishing vintage houses in the area.

What does this sentence mean? "He ran his a personal WPA between 1936 and 1939, bringing European Jewish exiles to Pound Ridge to work on refurbishing vintage houses in the area."

Was this a charity, a business, I don't understand. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.122.93.13 (talk) 04:55, 29 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
