The part that tells about Forrest having been a civil rights activist needs more elaboration, if possible. The paragraph goes from telling about two movies she was in, and then says, "She was a civil rights activist, as well." This sentence just stands alone, with no elaboration, and has nothing to do with the rest of the paragraph.
