Why? Why? Why? a Stub edit

I rated this article a stub because I have more questions after reading this article than before I started assessing it.

Why was this person put to death?
Why was this person sentenced to death?
Why was this person convicted?
Why is this person alleged to be a murderer?
Why is this article sufficiently notable to be retained by Wikipedia?
Why is this article still a very basic stub article?

And these are just some of the why questions I have! Can YOU improve this article to answer at least one of my questions? While you are at it, consider answering some other questions like:

Who did this person allegedly murder?
What are the circumstances of the alleged murder?
When did the alleged murder happen?
Where did the alleged murder happen?
How did this all come about?
