GTA (band) → ? – GTA is not a band rather than a DJ duo, but I am not sure what to name the new page instead of "band" Drew7890 (talk) 02:13, 23 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

GTA (DJs)Good Times Ahead – Group name was officially changed in August 2019, reference included on article lead. aNode (discuss) 15:15, 26 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

  • Weak oppose. While the article referenced states that the group changed their name to the proposed name, the question remains if the new name is the group's WP:COMMONNAME or not. In addition, the group's website still references itself as "GTA" and not "Good Times Ahead". This kind of reminds me of the brief period of time when Snoop Dogg went by "Snoop Lion", which didn't last long; Just because a group/person/etc. renames themselves doesn't mean that's the common term historically for them that people will expect them to be named if they have an article (such as this one.)
