How old was he when?

edit

The article starts by saying he was 22 when the contract was awarded, but later says he was "not quite twenty". Which was it? Gatoclass (talk) 13:00, 14 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

This article needs more inline citations. It would otherwise qualify as Class C or B. Folklore1 (talk) 21:21, 20 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

The text for an entire paragraph of this article matches the biography page of George A Frederick.com, which has a copyright date of 2010. Is the website's text a mirror of Wikipedia, or has the Wikipedia article improperly duplicated copyright material? Folklore1 (talk) 20:03, 30 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

I have also found matching text in the "Career" section of the article. Folklore1 (talk) 20:07, 30 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
Frederick's website is a backwards copyvio, both ofWikipedia and the Maryland State Archives here. The latter "appears to be a copyvio", but I'm going to confirm the weird licensing on the Maryland archives page before I proceed further. Wizardman 21:52, 16 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
