Well the problem is that (and that's what I noticed too) none of those can qualify as secondary, reliable, independent sources--I mean, PR Newswire is a sort of a clearinghouse for press releases, NCR-Iran is the website of an advocacy group, Dark Daily seems to be an outfit that publishes white papers. None of them, none that I can see, would qualify according to WP:RS, so I'm not convinced he's notable. The Holt Independent--that's a local thing, and all it has is a photo and a caption, no in-depth discussion/biography/etc. And it's the same with his charity--I thought maybe the one would be notable so that the other could be a redirect, but I can't make the case for notability for either one.
