Co-creator

Does anybody know who the other co-creator(s) is/are? My money is on the producer Dominic Barlow or is it Mark Bell who commissioned the series.REVUpminster (talk) 09:56, 24 November 2009 (UTC)

In an age when defence counsel was for the minority

I think I know what this phrase is supposed to mean - 'few defendents had access to counsel' - but I'm not sufficiently sure to make a change and as it stands it is confusing. Relationship with Lady Sarah Hill

I've taken out the line which says Garrow "attempts to win the love" of LSH; it's not only a bit chick-flicky, it is highly inaccurate. Whilst they had a shared interest in justice and the rights of the innocent, and found each other good company, their relationship (which developed throughout the series) was always assumed to be more than it was. Television shows set in Scotland

I am not sure that this article should be in this Category:Television shows set in Scotland as while filmed in Scotland, the series was primarily set in Georgian London (indeed the article does not mention any of the series actually being set in Scotland).
