Other Languages edit

This article has links to articles in other languages which are more relevante to the bagpipe page. This must only direct to pages which treat specifically about the galician gaita, and not to bagpipes in general. Tonyjeff 20:03, 8 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

However the foreign wikipedia may lack an article on "Galician gaita" but have one on "gaita", in which case it is definitely better to have a link to the latter than no link at all. In fact, since this article was recently moved from "gaita" to "Galician gaita", it is quite likely that the foreign "gaita" articles are in fact about the Galician one, so the links are actually correct. Caetra edit

"Caetra" was a kind of shield. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.49.200.111 (talk) 02:58, 22 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fully agree: the caetra was a typical shield of Hispania, nothing to do with bagpipes. I am going to proceed to delete the related text.--Maañón (talk) 20:46, 12 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Spanish name? edit

Is it also called the gaita gallega in Spanish? Badagnani (talk) 07:14, 2 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
