He faces criticisms from all type of people in kerala. The following is an extract of criticism widely circulated across Kerala Medias.

G . Sudhakaran ( Minister of Dewaswom in Kerala State ) is talking about the entry of Women in Sabarimala Temple and wearing of Churidar in Guruvaroor temple in every function he participates; be it a CPI(M) conference or inauguration of Fish Market. In what capacity he is making all these statements ?

Who has given him such a license ? The dress code in temples and its rituals are not with in the ambit of a Minister. He can not intervene in such matters. Hindu Temples are neither department nor a corporation of of Government.

Historically these temples are being administered by Hindu Kings. When democratic Government was installed they took over these temples by force. Now the Government is headed by Communist leaders who have no faith in religion.

The why they are muddling in the running of Hindu temples. Is it secular ? Why they are in control of Hindu Temples only ?. Why the Government not interfering in the activities of Christian and Muslim Churches and Mosques ?.

The argument for allowing women entry in Sabarimala was that under Indian Constitution all are equal. Then , is that Constitution not applicable to Muslims? Will Mr. Sudhakaran argue for entry of Women in Muslim Mosques? Will he argue for wearing Churidars instead of Black Purdha for Muslim ladies ? If he does all these then it can be accepted.

But in the present ; there are two standard, one for Hindus and other for other united Religions. It cant be accepted in Secular India. Justice should be equal irrespective of religion. By muddling only in the Hindu beliefs , Mr. Sudhakaran and his team is playing pseudo secularism.

It cant be allowed any more. Hindus are not donkeys. Sudhakaran and his camp fears the religion of Muslim and Christian only because they are UNITED.

Its time for Hindus too to UNITE and protect our culture and rituals. Then only secular India will have a meaning.

It appears that there is some point in the above arguments.

The issue about the unity or disunity of a community should not be discussed in a space like Web media. This is not a political forum. Regarding Kerala Politics, Mr.Sudhakaran is always a talking point. Whether one likes him or not, is not a matter of wikipedia. I feel some more details can be included not viewpoints. This is a space for information not for political transformation. (Ashrafmedia (talk) 21:18, 11 March 2008 (UTC))Reply
