Güstrow Palace edit

Hi! Similar to the Schwerin Castle case, this should be renamed to "Güstrow Palace" - because that's what it is, a palace. Cheers Horst-schlaemma (talk) 11:17, 10 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Such arguments could be avoided (in this and other cases) if you would use the German name with a translation, instead of proclaiming a translation as a name. The English official website uses the German name. Who uses Güstrow Palace? (Or Güstrow Castle?) How is such a construction a common name? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 05:36, 20 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
I wouldn't mind moving this to "Schloss Güstrow", but I fear we'd have enormous moving work in front of us then. Don't think it makes a lot of sense, to rename most of them. -- Horst-schlaemma (talk) 12:39, 20 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
And btw, quite a few books call it palace, it's not a defensive castle and never was in its current form. Cheers Horst-schlaemma (talk) 12:41, 20 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
