We are currently working to edit this article so it reads as more of an unbiased biography of Frances Hesselbein. While we believe her achievements merit an article on this site, we realize that we do have a slant and are trying to correct our writing. We appreciate any feedback you have as to how to accomplish this and ask that we be allowed some time and any assistance other contributors may be willing to give in order to meet Wikipedia's standards and requirements. Your article has survived the first phase: it was not speedily deleted. The best way to ensure it survives is to have it read less like a resume. The maintenance tags will hopefully attract some editors to help clean up the page. --Diannaa (Talk) 02:32, 2 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
You should have a source or a citation for each award and recongition. Write-ups in newspapers or online sources. --Diannaa (Talk) 02:43, 2 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Frances Hesselbein's Son edit

She had a son who, like her husband, was named John. Is the link below a sufficient source?

Frances Hesselbein Leadership Program edit

Hello Wikipedians,

I will be adding a section highlighting Hesselbein's leadership efforts, including her style of leadership as well as the leadership program named after her in partnership with the Military Child Education Coalition (MCEC). I find this relevant to add to her wiki page as it is still impowering students in leadership today and leaves a lasting impression of her work as a leader and business woman.
