First Car Factory in South East Asia or first Ford Factory? edit

According to the brochure given out to visitors to the museum, it simply states that it was the first Ford factory. There is not a claim that it is the first car factory of any kind in South East Asia. Therefore, I've added a "citation needed" tag to the latter claim in the main text.
