This canal company and/or name needs to be covered in this article. Currently "New Haven and Northampton Canal" is a redirect to here. Please don't delete mention of it. Also the full name of the NRHP listing "Farmington Canal-New Haven and Northampton Canal" can be, and should be mentioned, in the text of the article. The redirect is bolded in the first sentence so no need to explicitly mention it in a hatnote. It is an alternate name and is mentioned as such. The NRIS name is also mentioned now in the paragraph where the NRHP listing is mentioned. --Polaron | Talk15:49, 23 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
