@Srnec: The book is called The Oxford Dictionary of Late Antiquity, your change to the title doesn't go with the isbn. That's misconceptive to the reader. The editor of the book (Oliver Nicholson) is referencing JNSL as his source for his dictionary, his dictionary is being referenced for Wikipedia, not JNSL's book unless of course it was a quotation but it is not. If readers want to verify the source that Oliver Nicholson is using, they can read it themselves via url/page#. The way you are presenting the source is not WP:CS standard.Jerm (talk) 00:51, 21 May 2020 (UTC)

The article (not book) is being referenced. Nicholson did not write every article in the ODLA. JNSL is not a source, but a contributor. See here. The article is titled Euphemia and the Goth (in italics, confusingly). You can see here Saint-Laurent's CV in which she lists it as an entry by her in the ODLA. The ISBN is correct because only the ODLA has an ISBN. There is no "JNSL's book", just an entry in an encyclopedia written by JNSL and OPN. I assume you are using Google Books. See p. lxxxi, where it states clearly that "the identity of the author of each entry is indicated by initials". Srnec (talk) 01:22, 21 May 2020 (UTC)
