The article is a little light on details, particularity on how she pushed her way into the DoY Islands defended by very hostile Tolais. I grew up in this part of the world and the name of Emma, and the German times, were not remembered fondly. Emma sported a pair of Navy colts around her bussel, and by all accounts she was not too shy to use them. She spoke all of the local dialects fluently, and laid down her law to the locals.
