This article seems to have a critical tone towards the mayor and may need a re-write.

Cleanup March 28, 2008

I did a little cleaning up of this article. I removed the lengthy bits which seemed to me just diatribe written up by political opponents. There was just one specific citation in the text I removed, and it pointed to an IP address hosting a PDF file supposedly containing a City Meeting's Minutes. In any case, the link was a broken one.
