yes and no. There are buildings within the area, as well as a large quarry, but the site as envisaged (i.e. a large town) does not yet exist. It's rather like the situation prior to the building of Milton Keynes. Grunners (talk) 18:06, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

Sawyers Lake

Is the Sawyer's lake mentioned in the article the flooded quarry referred to as Blue Lake by Gravesham Council, which owns the land? If so, surely the name should be changed to reflect it's official name? 90.200.113.230 (talk) 19:38, 20 April 2014 (UTC)

It seems strange that the article does not include a map showing where this development actually is.
