E.M. Bypass → Eastern Metropolitan Bypass – Eastern Metropolitan Bypass is the full name, and E.M. Bypass (and variants) are just shortened versions of it. In fact the current page lists the full name as the actual name in bold. Therefor the full name should be used for the article, and the shortened names as redirects.
