Terminology edit

Hi all

Rather than starting to put in lots of clarify links, can someone please try and wikify some of the terms used, ones that only those that follow the sport might know what they are.

Mainly:

"on the interchange bench" and "off the interchange bench" - no idea what the interchange bench is, but it sounds important.
"put on one of the biggest hits of the year" - hits? as in "fans loved it" or "tackled someone" or something else.
