Image copyright problem with File:Voices in the Sky.jpg edit

The image File:Voices in the Sky.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Article title edit

The article title ,as per the article content, should be Dr. Livingstone, I Presume. But there seems to be a redirect page that is preventing the move. Needs admin attention to swap name of re-direct page with this one (unless some arcane policy prevents this). The original album cover and label do not help as everything is in lovely 1968 CAPITALS. @Martinevans123: thanks for your thanks ;-) I could actually use your help with one thing that is befuddling me: although I'm not quite finished with the cleanup after creation of the disambig page and the page move on the song page, I have an issue with Ray Thomas, which had 3 links to the song as "Dr. Livingstone, I presume" (the only song on the page that was not capitalized in the conventional way) so I rewrote those as "Dr. Livingstone, I Presume (song)" in this edit as my first step in this sequence of operations. That created three red links, as I expected. After performing the move of the song article page to Dr. Livingstone, I Presume (song) I expected the red links at Ray Thomas to become blue, but they are still red, even though the link in the Edit summary itself became blue. Huh?? Furthermore, if you click the red links in Ray Thomas, it navigates straight to the article page for the song. So I am totally confused. Is there an extra blank I can't see? What's going on here? Thanks! Mathglot (talk) 21:28, 25 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
Goodness me. As you will see from my User page and Talk page, I'm not even here. But even if I was, I'd be at a total loss, I'm afraid. This is the sort of transmundane confabulation that I had hoped to avoid by wimping out at the start of this thread! Martinevans123 (talk) 21:39, 25 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
I did see that, which is why the thanks surprised me, so thanks again for responding, even though you're not here. Answer machines are getting clever and clever these days! Anyway, confabulations seem to be discombobulated, and all's right with the world, again. Mathglot (talk) 08:24, 27 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

Would either of these sources be suitable as the source for a fair use image: [1] or [2]? Thanks. Martinevans123 (talk) 22:37, 5 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
