– Per MOS:CT. "On" is a preposition that contains two letters. In consistent with other pages that start with "Down on", including Down on Me, Down on the Farm, Down on the Corner, and Down on the Upside, this article has to be titled "Down on My Luck". 153.160.239.63 (talk) 01:29, 9 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Usually, "on" is lowercased because it is a preposition. This is no exception. According to a thesaurus, it is also an adjective ("The lights are on.") and an adverb ("This show must go on."). A lyric line would do: "When I get down on my luck." George Ho (talk) 16:53, 16 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
