Additional Links, Sources, points of relevance

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have made some additions to this page, turning what seemed an outdated list into a more coherent picture of his career in prose and with sources.

Among the additional sources and links, I have referred to his authorship of a UK banking review. I suspect this could be built out further, and maybe even form an article in its own right.

I made the changes in late August so apologies for only adding a comment here now. Hopefully my additions help to nudge this piece forward..
